We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in particular:

• Order information: 5 years from the date of the event.
• Browsing data: 13 months for cookies.
• Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.

7. Overseas Disclosure of Your Information

ETICKETSY LLC is established in the United States. Your personal information is disclosed to and processed in the United States, in particular by our payment provider Stripe and our partner Serenity AI, and in France and Ireland by our hosting providers. In accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 8, we take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle your information in a manner consistent with the APPs. • Right to deletion: ask us to delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.

• Right to complain: to us first, then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC, oaic.gov.au) if you are not satisfied with our response.
