6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in particular:

• Order information: 5 years from the date of the event.
• Browsing data: 13 months for cookies.
• Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.

7. Transfer of Your Information Outside Canada

ETICKETSY LLC is established in the United States. Your personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States, in particular by our payment provider Stripe and our partner Serenity AI, and in France and Ireland by our hosting providers. While outside Canada, your information may be accessible to foreign authorities under the laws of those countries. We use contractual and other means to provide a comparable level of protection, as required by PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, by Law 25 (privacy impact assessment for transfers outside Quebec [TO BE CONFIRMED BY COUNSEL]). 8. Your Rights

• Right to access: obtain confirmation that we hold your information and a copy of it.
• Right to correction: ask us to correct inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete information.
• Right to deletion: ask us to delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to withdraw consent: unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
• Right to data portability (Quebec): receive computerized personal information in a structured, commonly used format.
• Right to complain: to us first, then to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information, if you are not satisfied with our response.
